Clients who are 18 years or older must provide ID for any piercing service. Your ID is needed every time you request a piercing procedure, even if you have shown it previously. For the purposed of documentation, it must be a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID.

For any piercing service for a minor, the minor will need a valid government-issued or institution-issued document that shows their full name and date of birth. In addition, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid photo ID that proves they have legal responsibility for the minor. The minor’s and parent’s documentation must have matching last names and addresses: if they do not, the minor’s original birth certificate must be provided to prove their relation to one another. If the adult accompanying the minor is not the parent but is the legal guardian, guardianship paperwork must be provided.

Appointments are preferred and highly recommended.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed, but they are welcome and accommodated when possible; they will always be prioritized after appointments.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your card is not being charged when you book your appointment; it is for cancellation
protection only.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is respectfully requested that you provide at least two (2) hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than two (2) hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than ten (10) minutes late for your service, it may not be possible to accommodate your appointment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
